Capkey purchased this well known multi-tenant automotive center in the Atlanta MSA that had fallen into the downward cycle of deferred maintenance and tenant collection issues. We recapitalized and addressed the property repairs, re-tenanted the property and achieved 100% full occupancy. 

We also acquired an adjacent outparcel to square up the property footprint with plans for future redevelopment.
